This winter so far has been particularly cold here in Buckinghamshire and in early December we needed to install this beautiful Artesian Antigua 33 in a newly purchased home in Stewkley which is very near to the west side of Milton Keynes some four or five miles from Bletchley.

This delivery was going to be tricky as since it’s a 1940s period house and had little to no access to simply run the spa down side of the house due to the previous occupants making excellent use of the grounds surrounding the house to erect planters, sheds, green house, patio retaining walls, water features etc etc! which all look nice but creates a few issues installing a hot tub.

Our customers who purchased this hot tub also had just bought this beautiful house and wanted to make from the outset use of the secluded garden aspect and dark winter nights that living in this part of Stewkley and indeed this quite and rural part Buckinghamshire can offer on such a still crisp frosty night!

From the moment our customer decided to purchase from us here at Azure Pools it was clear there was a lot of planning required to get this installed in such a short space of time, firstly they needed ample provision for the 32amp electrical supply needed to run this hot tub but also a strong and level base on which to place and rest the hot tub to make the best out the panoramic views of the Aylesbury vale valley floor and beyond.

Our customers were very hands on and got to work straight away wasting no time moving the shed to another part of the garden whilst they had a contractor to create an excellent base on which to sit the tub. We recommended our electrician but in the end they had a contractor lined up already who did an excellent job of laying the armoured cable down the garden concealing it is they went and finally fitting the rotary isolator you see fixed right behind the hot tub.

On the day of delivery everything from the access for the hot tub to the weather all played its part in making sure that the delivery went without issue, but most importantly our customers were delighted with not only the Antigua hot tub itself but also our service throughout and the ability to work to a tight schedule which resulted in the project staying on target!

The best part now is that our customers can enjoy laying in their luxury high end spa and look out across the fields and countryside and watch the sun set every night just as the picture above suggests.
