Good question! Please be sure to wear gloves when handling the Maxitab Action 6 Easy Tablets as any Chlorine product is an irritant when handled directly. Please ensure that you test your pool water regularly, preferably by using an All in one Test Kit, which will give you the most accurate readings, or with Water Testing Strips, to ensure that your water is correctly balanced and has the appropriate levels of chlorine. If you are at all unsure please give us a call. Alternatively bring a sample of your pool water into the shop because we can test it for you and offer advice.
Water management is key! Don’t forget if your pH isn’t balanced your chlorine can’t work properly! If you want to be even more accurate with your water management then we recommend using a Rainbow Lifeguard Testing kit. Don’t forget to shock your water with hth Brome Activator Non Chlorine Shock.
Maxitab Action 6 Easy Tablets contain algicide, shock and clarifier. They cannot be used as a substitute for your regular dosing of these products, they simply give a boost.
